I’m delighted to welcome you to Breathing Space…the title I hope reflects my aspiration to offer a nourishing space, and practices to support you in navigating the crazy world we live in and to give you time to breath.

Having immersed myself for nearly five decades in body/mind approaches to well being, I draw on many approaches: Yoga, Mindfulness, Gestalt and Somatic Experiencing all inform how I work with people.

Working with groups and individuals, I see my work as guiding nervous systems back to healthy regulation – thus supporting people to realise their innate capacity to live with a sense of ease, resilience, agency and connection … even in challenging times.
